Policies (summary)
A short summary of scheduling, payment, and communication rules.
- Payment: after the session (cash or bank transfer).
- Rescheduling/cancellation: less than 24h before the session is charged in full.
- Delays: if the client is late, the session is not extended; if I am late, the session is extended accordingly.
- Between sessions: communication is generally limited to scheduling, unless I consider it appropriate to check in.
- Urgent support: if immediate help is required and I cannot respond promptly, please contact an emergency psychological support hotline in your region.
